Ingredients
  

  • 1 8" pre-cooked Pizza Crust
  • 1/4 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Optional Toppings (e.g., Pepperoni, cooked Sausage, Bacon pieces, diced Ham, sliced Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Pineapple)
  • Optional Sauces (e.g., BBQ Sauce, Salsa, White (Alfredo) Sauce, Pesto)

Method
 

  1. Place the pizza crust in the air fryer bottom-side up. Cook in batches if making multiple pizzas.
  2. Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 3-5 minutes to pre-cook the crust. Flip the crust over and air fry for another 3-5 minutes for extra crispiness.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the pre-cooked crust. Top with shredded cheese and seasonings.
  4. Add your favorite toppings. To prevent toppings from flying off, place an air fryer rack over the pizza.
  5. Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 2-4 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Carefully remove the pizza from the air fryer. Let it cool for a minute before slicing and enjoying.

Notes

- For an extra crispy crust, pre-bake each side for an additional 2 minutes.
- Ensure toppings are relatively small and not too wet to avoid sogginess.
- If you don't have an air fryer rack, a small piece of foil loosely tented over the pizza can help keep toppings in place.
