Ingredients

  • 8-12 oz wheel of brie cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • Fresh cracked black pepper
  • Fresh sprig of thyme

Method

  1. Combine the minced garlic (or garlic powder) with 2 Tablespoons of melted butter. Set aside.
  2. Score the top of the brie about 1/2” deep in criss cross cuts.
  3. Place brie in an air fryer safe baking dish. Pour garlic butter over the brie.
  4. Sprinkle thyme leaves and fresh cracked black pepper over the brie.
  5. Place the baking dish in the air fryer.
  6. Air Fry at 350°F/175°C for 8-10 minutes, until brie is melted.
  7. Serve warm baked brie with crackers, bread, grapes, nuts and/or fruit.

Notes

- For a creamier dip, use a brie wheel that's 8 oz or smaller.
- If your air fryer runs hot, check the brie at 7 minutes.
- Serve immediately for the best gooey texture. The cheese will firm up as it cools.
- Storage: Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in the air fryer or oven.
