Ingredients
Method
- Combine the minced garlic (or garlic powder) with 2 Tablespoons of melted butter. Set aside.
- Score the top of the brie about 1/2” deep in criss cross cuts.
- Place brie in an air fryer safe baking dish. Pour garlic butter over the brie.
- Sprinkle thyme leaves and fresh cracked black pepper over the brie.
- Place the baking dish in the air fryer.
- Air Fry at 350°F/175°C for 8-10 minutes, until brie is melted.
- Serve warm baked brie with crackers, bread, grapes, nuts and/or fruit.
Notes
- For a creamier dip, use a brie wheel that's 8 oz or smaller.
- If your air fryer runs hot, check the brie at 7 minutes.
- Serve immediately for the best gooey texture. The cheese will firm up as it cools.
- Storage: Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in the air fryer or oven. Nutrition information is an estimate, calculated automatically. Values vary with brands, substitutions and portion sizes.
