  • 2 frozen Beyond Burger® patties (1/4lb (113g) patties)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Oil spray (for coating)
  • 2 Buns
  • Optional - cheese slices
  • Optional - pickles, lettuce, onion, tomato, avocado, cooked bacon

Method
 

  1. Prep & Season: Lightly spray both sides of the frozen Beyond Burger® patties with oil. Season generously with salt and black pepper.
  2. Air Fryer Setup: Lightly spray the air fryer basket or rack with oil to prevent sticking. Place the seasoned patties in a single layer.
  3. First Cook: Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 8 minutes.
  4. Flip & Finish: Flip the patties. Continue cooking for another 3-6 minutes, or until cooked through and an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.
  5. Melt Cheese: If making cheeseburgers, add cheese slices on top of the patties during the last 30 seconds to 1 minute of cooking until melted.
