Method
- Prep & Season: Lightly spray both sides of the frozen Beyond Burger® patties with oil. Season generously with salt and black pepper.
- Air Fryer Setup: Lightly spray the air fryer basket or rack with oil to prevent sticking. Place the seasoned patties in a single layer.
- First Cook: Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 8 minutes.
- Flip & Finish: Flip the patties. Continue cooking for another 3-6 minutes, or until cooked through and an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.
- Melt Cheese: If making cheeseburgers, add cheese slices on top of the patties during the last 30 seconds to 1 minute of cooking until melted.
- Toast Buns & Serve: Lightly toast the burger buns in the air fryer for about 1 minute at 380°F (193°C). Assemble your burgers with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
