Ingredients
  

  • 1.25 lbs rack of lamb (, about 7-8 chops)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt (, or to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (, or to taste)

Method
 

  1. Pat dry the lamb rack. Remove silver skin from underside of ribs if needed. Cut into individual chops.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, chopped rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the lamb chops and gently toss to coat in marinade. Cover and marinate for about 1 hour or up to overnight.
  3. Preheat the Air Fryer at 380°F/195°C for 4 minutes. Spray air fryer basket/tray with oil spray and place lamb chops in a single layer, making sure not to overlap the meat.
  4. Air Fry at 380°F/195°C for 8 minutes, flip and air fry for another 3-6 minutes, or to your preferred doneness.
