Ingredients
Method
- Prepare the lobster tails by cutting down the middle of the shell, stopping at the base.
- Gently pull the shell halves apart and loosen the meat from the shell.
- Lift the tail meat straight up and out, keeping the tail end attached, then lay the exposed lobster tail on top of the shell.
- Melt butter in a microwave-safe glass cup and stir in lemon juice, minced parsley, and salt.
- Arrange lobster tails in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 6-7 minutes.
- Brush each lobster tail generously with the prepared butter mixture.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for an additional 1-2 minutes until cooked through.
Notes
- Ensure lobster tails are thawed completely before cooking for even results.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if necessary.
- Adjust cooking time slightly based on the size of your lobster tails.
