Ingredients

  • 4 6 oz Lobster Tails
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Method

  1. Prepare the lobster tails by cutting down the middle of the shell, stopping at the base.
  2. Gently pull the shell halves apart and loosen the meat from the shell.
  3. Lift the tail meat straight up and out, keeping the tail end attached, then lay the exposed lobster tail on top of the shell.
  4. Melt butter in a microwave-safe glass cup and stir in lemon juice, minced parsley, and salt.
  5. Arrange lobster tails in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 6-7 minutes.
  7. Brush each lobster tail generously with the prepared butter mixture.
  8. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for an additional 1-2 minutes until cooked through.

Notes

- Ensure lobster tails are thawed completely before cooking for even results.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if necessary.
- Adjust cooking time slightly based on the size of your lobster tails.
