- 1 can (8-count) Pillsbury Grand biscuits, (not flaky layers)
- 1 cup (280 g) Nutella
- ½ cup (1 stick / 113 g) unsalted butter, (melted)
- ¼ cup (31 g) confectioners' sugar, (for dusting)
- air fryer
- pastry brush
Separate biscuits. Remove the biscuits from the can and peel to separate each into two layers. Press each layer of biscuit into a 4-inch circle. (You will have 16 circles.)
Spoon Nutella onto center of circle. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the Nutella into the center of each circle.
Fold and pinch to seal, creating a ball. Use your fingers to fold the sides together, pinching to seal. Shape into balls. Make sure the dough is the same thickness all around for even cooking.
Brush balls of dough with melted butter. Brush the tops and bottoms of the bombs with melted butter.
Air fry for 5-7 minutes at 350°F (175°C) until golden brown. Work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
Dust with confectioners' sugar and serve immediately.
- Don't overfill the biscuits with Nutella; about a tablespoon is enough to prevent leakage.
- Ensure each Nutella bomb is completely sealed to keep the filling inside during cooking.
- For best results, don't overcrowd your air fryer basket; cook in batches if needed for even browning.
- Store any leftover Nutella bombs in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes to restore crispiness and warm the filling.
