Ingredients

  • 6.5 oz lump crab meat, drained if necessary
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 medium onion, diced
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon minced parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare your baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray or olive oil.
  • In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, lemon juice, diced onion, chopped green onions, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, grated parmesan cheese, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the lump crab meat until it's evenly distributed throughout the cheese mixture. Be careful not to break up the crab too much.
  • Transfer the crab dip mixture into the prepared baking dish. Place the dish into your air fryer basket or on the tray.
  • Air fry at 300°F (150°C) for 20 minutes. Carefully stir the dip.
  • Continue air frying at 300°F (150°C) for another 10 minutes. Stir the dip again.
  • Increase the heat to 340°F (170°C) and air fry for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  • Garnish with minced parsley. Let the dip cool for at least 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite chips, crackers, bread, or vegetables!

Notes

- Use real lump crab meat for the best texture and flavor.
- Ensure your cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth, lump-free base.
- Don't overcrowd the air fryer; ensure good air circulation for even cooking.
- Adjust the final cooking time based on your air fryer's performance.
