In a separate bowl, whisk together cornflour and all-purpose flour. Add the whisked egg and mix until a thick coating paste forms. Add this paste to the marinated chicken and toss until evenly coated.
Arrange the coated chicken pieces in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
For the creamy finish, sauté some extra chopped coriander in a pan with cream or yogurt for 2-3 minutes, then serve with the air-fried chicken.
