- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, sour cream, taco seasoning, and cheddar cheese. Stir to combine.
- Warm the tortillas slightly (microwave for 20-30 seconds or briefly on a dry skillet) to make them pliable.
- Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
