- Combine the Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, egg, and milk. Mix just enough so there are no dry spots and egg is fully incorporated. Do not over-mix.
- Lightly coat the interior of 6 standard sized silicone muffin cups with oil spray.
- Fill the prepared muffin cups about 2/3rds full with the batter.
- Air Fry at 325°F (160°C) for 7-9 minutes.
- Check for doneness: insert a toothpick into the center; it should come out clean.
