  • 2 Cornish game hens ((about 1.5 lbs./680g each))
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • oil spray

Instructions
 

  • Combine garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried basil, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  • Spray hens with oil and rub seasoning mix all over.
  • Preheat air fryer to 360°F (182°C) and spray basket.
  • Place hens breast-side down and air fry for 20 minutes.
  • Flip hens and use foil to keep level if needed.
  • Air fry for another 12-18 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Let hens rest for 10 minutes before serving.
