Ingredients
Method
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (204°C).
- Arrange the frozen chicken wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.
- Air fry for 8 minutes to thaw and warm the wings.
- Transfer wings to a large bowl, pat them very dry with paper towels, and drain any liquid from the air fryer basket.
- Add olive oil, baking powder, sea salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Toss to coat the wings evenly.
- Place the seasoned wings back in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are in a single layer.
- Increase temperature to 430°F (221°C) (or max temp if lower). Air fry for 6 minutes, flip, and cook for another 4-6 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve immediately, plain or tossed with your favorite wing sauce. Enjoy!
Notes
- For extra crispiness, ensure wings are patted thoroughly dry after the initial thaw.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if necessary to allow for proper air circulation.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model and desired crispness.
