- 18 oz salmon (use frozen, boneless and skinless filets)
- 3/4 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 3/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Thaw the salmon according to package directions.
Pat the outside of the salmon dry with paper towels.
