Ingredients
  

  • 14.75 oz canned salmon, deboned
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • ½ red bell pepper, finely diced
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp olive oil spray

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 390 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine salmon, eggs, mayonnaise, bell pepper, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir until well combined.
  3. Scoop 1/2 cup portions and shape into 1-inch thick patties.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket and patty tops with olive oil spray.
  5. Air fry at 390 degrees F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

Notes

- For the crispiest salmon patties, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary.
- Don't skip the light oil spray on top of the patties; it's key for that beautiful golden crust.
- If you prefer a bit of spice, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce to the mixture.
