Ingredients
Method
- In a bowl, combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, fresh lemon juice, celery salt, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed, then set aside.
- Rinse and pat dry the shrimp. Coat shrimp with oil, and then season with salt and pepper. Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket or tray in a single layer.
- Air fry shrimp at 400°F (200°C) for 8-12 minutes, or until cooked through and pink. Check halfway through, as cooking time varies by shrimp size. Let cool completely.
- Serve the chilled shrimp with the cocktail sauce. Garnish with fresh lemon slices and cucumber if desired.
Notes
- Ensure shrimp are fully thawed before air frying for even cooking.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if necessary.
- For a keto-friendly version, use a low-carb tomato sauce instead of ketchup. Nutrition information is an estimate, calculated automatically. Values vary with brands, substitutions and portion sizes.
