Crispy Air Fryer Zucchini Chips

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium Zucchini
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 medium Zucchini

Method
 

  1. Use a mandoline to slice zucchini into 1/8 inch (0.3 cm) thick slices.
  2. Pat any excess moisture off of the zucchini slices with a paper towel.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 325 degrees F (162 degrees C).
  4. In a medium bowl, combine the zucchini slices, olive oil, sea salt and pepper. Toss until all slices are coated. (Make sure to separate any slices that stick together.)
  5. Place the zucchini chips in the air fryer in a single layer. Cook for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Check at the 8 minute mark and remove any slices that are browning/crisping. Continue to check every couple of minutes until all slices are done. Repeat with all the zucchini slices.
  6. Let the air fryer zucchini chips cool to crisp up more.
