Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork chops or pork belly, rinsed & patted dry
  • 8 oz mushrooms, cleaned, washed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Preheat your Air Fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 4 minutes.
  2. Cut the pork chops into 3/4-inch cubes. Combine with the halved mushrooms. Drizzle with melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss everything to coat evenly.
  3. Spread the seasoned pork and mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Air Fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-18 minutes. Shake and flip the contents 2 times during cooking.
  5. Check for your preferred doneness. Add an additional 2-5 minutes if desired.
  6. Season with extra salt and pepper if needed. Serve warm immediately.

Notes

- For best results and to prevent toughness, use pork chops or pork belly that are patted thoroughly dry before seasoning.
- Ensure the pork and mushrooms are in a single layer in the air fryer basket for maximum crispiness. Do not overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if necessary.
- Internal temperature for pork should reach 160°F (71°C) for medium doneness, followed by a 3-minute rest. Ensure correct temperature for food safety.
