- 1 lb pork chops or pork belly, rinsed & patted dry
- 8 oz mushrooms, cleaned, washed and halved
- 2 tablespoons Butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
Preheat your Air Fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 4 minutes.
Cut the pork chops into 3/4-inch cubes. Combine with the halved mushrooms. Drizzle with melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss everything to coat evenly.
Spread the seasoned pork and mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air Fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-18 minutes. Shake and flip the contents 2 times during cooking.
Check for your preferred doneness. Add an additional 2-5 minutes if desired.
Season with extra salt and pepper if needed. Serve warm immediately.
- For best results and to prevent toughness, use pork chops or pork belly that are patted thoroughly dry before seasoning.
- Ensure the pork and mushrooms are in a single layer in the air fryer basket for maximum crispiness. Do not overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if necessary.
- Internal temperature for pork should reach 160°F (71°C) for medium doneness, followed by a 3-minute rest. Ensure correct temperature for food safety.
