Ingredients

  • 4 frozen biscuits (Pillsbury Grands Buttermilk Biscuits recommended)
  • Air Fryer
  • Cooking spray or light oil for basket (optional)
  • Optional: Butter for serving
  • Optional: Honey for serving
  • Optional: Jam for serving

Method

  1. Place four frozen biscuits into the air fryer basket, ensuring they have space and are not touching each other to allow for even cooking.
  2. Set the air fryer temperature to 325°F (160°C) for approximately 14 minutes.
  3. Cook for approximately 14 minutes, checking around the 12-minute mark.
  4. Check the biscuits around the 12-minute mark; they should be puffed up and golden brown on top.
  5. Continue cooking until the insides are fully cooked and fluffy, gently pressing the side to check for doneness.
  6. Carefully remove the hot biscuits from the air fryer basket and serve immediately with butter, honey, or jam.

Notes

- Use your favorite brand of frozen biscuits, but Pillsbury Grands Buttermilk Biscuits are highly recommended for best results.
- Ensure biscuits are not touching in the air fryer basket to promote even browning and prevent them from sticking together.
- Adjust cooking time by a minute or two based on your specific air fryer model; ovens and air fryers can vary.
- For extra golden biscuits, you can lightly brush them with melted butter in the last 2 minutes of cooking.
