  • Oil spray, to coat the meatballs
  • BBQ or Tomato Sauce, optional
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Place the frozen meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook in batches if necessary.
  2. Lightly coat the meatballs with oil spray and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Air Fry at 380°F (195°C) for 5 minutes. Shake the basket to turn the meatballs.
  4. Continue to Air Fry at 380°F (195°C) for another 3-7 minutes, until heated through.
  5. Gently warm your favorite sauce (BBQ, tomato, or other) in a separate bowl for 30 seconds in the microwave.
  6. Toss or brush the warmed sauce over the hot meatballs just before serving.
