Ingredients
Method
- Place an air fryer paper liner into the air fryer basket.
- Gently trim the rind off the top surface of the brie wheel, ensuring the rest of the rind on the sides and bottom remains intact.
- Place the wheel of brie cheese into the paper liner basket.
- Evenly top the brie with the chopped pecans. Drizzle the hot honey generously over the pecans and brie.
- Air fry the brie cheese at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- For an 8-ounce brie, cook for about 8 minutes. For a large 21-ounce round, air fry for approximately 14-16 minutes until melted in the center.
- To check for doneness, stick a knife or skewer into the center of the cheese. If it is soft and gooey, it is melted and ready to serve.
- Garnish with crushed raspberries immediately before serving.
Notes
- For the perfect melt, I've found that checking the brie's center with a thin knife around the 8-minute mark for smaller wheels, or 14-minute mark for larger ones, prevents overcooking.
- Don't overcrowd your air fryer basket; ensure there's enough space for even air circulation around the brie.
- For a festive touch, serve with crusty bread, apple slices, or crackers. Nutrition information is an estimate, calculated automatically. Values vary with brands, substitutions and portion sizes.
