Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears of corn on the cob
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Method
 

  1. Shuck the corn and rinse it under cold water.
  2. Place the corn in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  3. Cook the corn at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, until tender and slightly charred.
  4. While the corn is cooking, melt the butter in a small bowl.
  5. Stir in the honey, salt, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
  6. Brush the melted honey butter generously over the hot air-fried corn and serve immediately.

Notes

- For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder to the butter mixture.
- If you don't have honey, maple syrup can be a good substitute.
- For a spicier kick, increase the red pepper flakes to your liking.
