Ingredients
  

  • 24 oz firm white fish fillets
  • 1 tbsp grill seasoning
  • 1 large avocado
  • 2 medium oranges
  • 1/4 cup red onion
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp salt
  • mayonnaise
  • chipotle sauce
  • fresh lime juice

Method
 

  1. Stir together the avocado, orange, red onion, cilantro, and half teaspoon of salt. Set aside.
  2. Stir together the mayonnaise, chipotle sauce, lime juice, and remaining half teaspoon of salt. Set aside.
  3. Evenly sprinkle the fish fillets with the grill seasoning.
  4. Lightly brush the air fryer basket with oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Arrange fish fillets in a single layer in the basket. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 8-12 minutes, or until fish flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. Serve the crispy fish with warmed corn tortillas, the avocado-orange salsa, and chipotle mayonnaise to assemble your tacos.
