  • 2-3 ears fresh corn, shucked and cleaned
  • 2-3 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt, optional to taste
  • black pepper, optional to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan, optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika, optional
  • lemon wedges, for serving

Method
