Ingredients
  

  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 pkg premium refrigerated ravioli (about 16 pieces)
  • 3 large egg whites
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup pizza or marinara sauce

Method
 

  1. Lightly brush the basket of an air fryer with vegetable oil. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  2. While the air fryer is preheating, whisk together the egg whites and water in a shallow bowl.
  3. Whisk the Panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese together in a separate shallow bowl.
  4. Dip each ravioli on both sides first in the egg and water mixture and then in the breadcrumb and cheese mixture.
  5. Place the coated ravioli in a single layer in the preheated air fryer basket, working in batches.
  6. Fry the ravioli for about 4 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
  7. Serve immediately with marinara sauce for dipping.
