  1. If using raw sausages, poke each one several times with a fork. If using pre-cooked smoked sausages, poke each one several times with a fork to allow fat to render.

  3. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 12-14 minutes for raw sausages, or 8-10 minutes for pre-cooked smoked sausages.
  4. Flip the sausages halfway through the cooking time to ensure even browning and crispiness on all sides.
  5. For raw sausages, check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer; they are safe to eat once they reach a minimum of 160°F (71°C).
