  • 2 lb Sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 3/4 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Method
 

  1. Slice the sweet potatoes into fries, about 3/8 inch thick.
  2. Soak the fries in cold water for at least 20 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees F (193 degrees C).
  4. Toss the fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Arrange fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket, cooking in batches.
  6. Air fry for 10-14 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Repeat steps 5-6 with remaining batches.
  8. Toss all fries back into the air fryer for 1-2 minutes until hot and crispy.
