  • 2 fresh ears of corn, shucked and cleaned
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Oil spray or olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Method
 

  1. Remove leaves and silk from the corn. Cut ends to fit air fryer basket, or in half if needed.
  2. Coat all sides of the corn with oil spray or olive oil. Season generously with salt and black pepper.
  3. Air Fry at 370°F (188°C) for 12-16 minutes, flipping halfway through, until kernels are tender and lightly browned.
  4. Once cooked, spread softened butter all over the hot corn. Add additional seasonings if desired. Serve immediately.
