Method
- Spray the inside of silicone muffin cups or a ramekin with cooking spray.
- Add the egg, milk, spinach, and cheese into the prepared cup or ramekin.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Gently stir the ingredients into the egg whites, being careful not to break the yolk.
- Air fry at 330°F (165°C) for 6-12 minutes, checking after 5 minutes for desired texture.
- Adjust cooking time based on the number of cups or if using a ceramic ramekin.
