  • 1 tablespoon milk (or half & half)
  • 1 tablespoon frozen spinach (, thawed (or sautéed fresh spinach))
  • 1-2 teaspoons grated cheese

Method
 

  1. Spray the inside of silicone muffin cups or a ramekin with cooking spray.
  2. Add the egg, milk, spinach, and cheese into the prepared cup or ramekin.
